About: Rohit Gera is a third generation real estate entrepreneur and Managing Director at Gera Developments. He went to school at Doon School, Dehradun. He has a double major in building construction, project management and economics from the University of Massachusetts & an advanced Management degree in Real Estate from the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University.
He is currently, the Vice President of CREDAI Pune Metro, prior to which he has been on the managing committee in various capacities. He has also served in various capacities including Chapter Chair on the executive committee of Young Presidents Organisation (YPO) Pune.

About: Mr. C. Joseph has been in education for more than twenty-five years in schools of great repute across India: Indus International School (Hyderabad), St Paul’s School (Darjeeling) and Wynberg-Allen School (Mussoorie), to name but a few. His vertical and horizontal range of experience in schools with traditional and International curricula has helped him immensely in understanding the requirements of teachers and students at different levels and in working out benchmarks for staff and students. As a result, he has shaped institutions and their systems to achieve demonstrable outcomes in academic discipline, teaching standards, pastoral care and Whole Education.
